The sound of laughter at the tables. The smell of freshly baked bread. The sight of people smiling at the first taste of their carefully chosen dish. Things we value now more than ever. With a new temporary concept, that combines high quality and casual comfort, our team is ready to bring you the Amstel Restaurant experience. Both inside as outside on our magnificent terrace.
Without a story, a dish is just a dish. What makes your plate come alive, is the journey before it’s being served to you. It’s the farmer harvesting the best products, the chefs selecting the finest taste combinations. It’s the waiter giving you his best advice, the waitress thoughtfully bringing you another glass. Combined, this results in delight to the senses.
Whether you enjoy lunch outside in the sun on our terrace or a romantic dinner at your window seat inside the restaurant, genuine hospitality is the main ingredient. We love to please our guests and to finally bring that ultimate luxury experience to your table again. Whilst keeping all government regulations in mind, personal attention will be key to your visit.
At the Amstel Restaurant, we would love for everyone to find something on the menu that makes their heart jump a little. As a true Amsterdam inhabitant, the Amstel Hotel proudly serves an international choice of food and drinks, with a Dutch twist. With our focus on fresh and seasonal products, we’ve picked the finest ingredients. Whenever possible, we have chosen for local suppliers.
The Amstel Restaurant can host up to 36 covers per time slot, with an additional 34 covers on the terrace. Whilst maintaining a warm ambiance, all tables have been set-up with respect to the 1,5-meter distance regulations.
